The location IS convenient near metro stations. I found several restaurants close by. The hotel lobby provided free water all day and night. They had luggage storage. The room WAS clean. I appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The heater was locked at nineteen degrees and I could not make it warmer.

the location was convenient for visiting sacre coeur.

the room was disappointing. the kitchenette tap affected the shower temperature, causing it to turn cold. the heater was preset to 19 degrees celsius and i could not adjust it higher.
